1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zesuss ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Zesuss provides an AI-powered content automation platform that generates, corrects, and publishes blog content across multiple CMS platforms. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We may change our fees with 30 days notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass any security measures or rate limits
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

Content generated by Zesuss is owned by you. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services. The Zesuss name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Zesuss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Your content may be deleted within 30 days of termination.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
